Beautiful modern and clean space! Plenty of light! I am big on communication. The owner was very responsive to all my questions during the planning phase. Random questions I would think of at midnight 2 months before the event. She'd respond within less than 24 hours! On the day of the event she answered every phone call and text promptly. She was very accommodating and very professional at all times! She even checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed and gave me a pep talk so I could refocus on what was really important. I had my bridal shower at this venue and it was a beautiful and classy space where my guests had a great time. Thank you to TK for being superrrr helpful and organized on the day and ensuring I had the best shower!! The staff care about their clients happiness and that is most important! We hosted our baby shower at Luxx Lab Event Suite and it was absolutely perfect. The space was spotless, bright, and the large windows made it feel open and inviting. The location was ideal, close to several stores for any last‑minute needs. TK, the owner, was amazing. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. TK was extremely helpful and a gem but unfortunately can't make up for a venue with some very significant issues. The kitchen is completely inadequate. I don't think you can hold a full sheet pan sideways. A home refrigerator a home double basin sink and no oven makes it unworkable. The tiny kitchen was cluttered with artificial flowers and chargers (plates)that had nothing to do with our event reducing the space further. I expect minimally a 3 tub and hand sink in any commercial kitchen. No range or oven (other than a home microwave) and no ventilation at all. The ONLY (1) bathroom is literally next to the kitchen so that the doors interfere with each other. Not fun trying to take out food with someone coming out of the bathroom. A hot water tank also in the tiny kitchen. Costco folding tables and marginal chairs along with either non-dimmable very bright work lights or inadequate pendulum lights. A guest commented that the flourescents had a Walmart feel. Not what you want in an event venue. For a reasonably small investment the kitchen and bathroom needs to be demoed out and completely replaced with something approaching professional. There IS room. It's actually a large room that can easily accommodate 50+. If your event is a a cocktail party that doesn't need a kitchen it's fine. Caterers beware. You need to bring EVERYTHING.

As an event space, you'd imagine there's a realistic amount of parking for many guests, nice restrooms, and a comfortable temperature. This place lacked all three. I went for an event that was quite lovely to attend, but certainly not because of the venue. The parking situation is rough, there was nowhere to park for the event due to many businesses occupying a tiny space, but it's meant to be an event center where you'll find many people showing up. There's also only one bathroom with an iffy door, so it's uncomfortable/awkward to use the restroom, and the line that inevitably forms is close to seating. I'm not someone who runs hot, but it was boiling in there! There didn't seem to be anyone who worked there to answer questions or keep guests comfortable.

TK and her team were absolutely amazing! This holiday party was our very first as a small (and still growing) company, and I honestly had no idea what I was doing—but TK made the entire experience completely seamless. I had so many questions, and the team was patient, responsive, and able to accommodate everything we needed. The décor was beautiful, and the setup was stunning and thoughtfully done. Booking the venue was a very smooth process. Communication was top notch. The venue was nice and spacious for the amount of people who showed up (about 40 people) but can fit up to 60 people. Nothing but positive things to say about the venue and the owner ❤️
